The moulded parts are Painted, Printed, Plated or Assembled as per customer requirement. Two painting lines and flexible assembly lines cater to many thousand units per day. Millions of parts including Chrome Plated Handles, Logos, Bezels and others are custom made at the facility.

The assembly lines are highly flexible hence adaptable to rapidly changing schedules. We are also designing and developing assembly & checking fixtures for our operations.

These facilities are certified as per ISO 9000/ QS 9000/ ISO 14000 systems and also follow continuous improvement concepts like Six Sigma in order to exceed previous performance.
